Owned and operated by Black Hills local Tancy Winchell, Elite Hair Design is located conveniently in the heart of Downtown Rapid City, just off the bustling main roads in Suite B of the charming and historic Rapid City Fruit Building, located at 320 7th Street, just one block west of Main Street Square and the Downtown Parking Garage.
